Inclusive Education
Inclusive Education is Lincoln University’s disability and injury support service.
Inclusive Education supports tauira who face barriers in their studies due to the following:
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Brain injury
- Deaf or hearing impaired
- Chronic medical conditions
- Mental health conditions
- Specific Learning Disability (SLD)
- Blind or vision impairment
- Temporary injuries or recovering from surgery

How Inclusive Education supports you
Inclusive education can provide information and advice on:
- Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
- Accessible course materials and assessments
- Training and education on disabilities
- Support with course modifications
These approaches not only support students with disabilities or learning differences but also improve engagement and outcomes for all learners.
