Inclusive Education
We are here to support students at Lincoln University who experience disability, impairment, illness or injury or who are neurodiverse – so you can thrive in your studies.
Where we are
We are located in L010, Ivey Hall (Library), on the Ground Floor next to Library Enquiries.
Who we support
We recognise that every student’s journey is different. Whether your needs are temporary, short-term or ongoing, we are here to help.
If you are a domestic or international undergraduate or postgraduate student and you identify with any of the following – disability, impairment, chronic illness, injury or neurodiversity – connect with us to explore the support available.
How we help
We will meet with you to understand your needs and determine your eligibility for support. If eligible, we will create a personalised support plan and stay in touch throughout your studies. If not, we will guide you to other services that can help.
Support accommodations may include:
- Test and exam arrangements (e.g. separate room, extra time, rest breaks, reader/writer/typist)
- Assistance with field trips and other learning activities
- Assistance with note-taking
- Access to assistive technology
